With numerous pre-mounted Dyneema guy lines attached and packed in Cord Stuffsacks and Guy line loops attached to the pole sleeves, the Venus III remains taut and secure, even in the roughest weather. Even when you have battened down the hatches, the Venus III offers plenty of ventilation thanks to vent windows above the entrances that provide constant air circulation, even with the doors closed. The vents are supported by small pole repair sections. Quick and Easy 3.5-Minute Set-Up: The Venus III is an incredibly simple tent to pitch--simply insert the 3 poles into the color coded, continuous sleeves, seat them into the adjustable tensioning pockets, and stake the corners and guy lines. For optimum placement, pitch the Venus III without stakes, then decide the best location and move it. Cleaning is easily accomplished just by lifting the tent overhead and shaking it out. When you are ready for a permanent location, the adjustable peg loops of Dyneema cord offer easy placement of tent pegs, putting an 8-inch radius at your disposal to sink the peg. For easy handling all the times, the Venus III zippers have color coded, reflective, and glow-in-the-dark pulls and are one-hand operable. When you are ready to take the tent down, the smart, side-entry stuff bag makes stowing your tent a cinch.
