A mesh canopy, space for two, and time-proven traditional construction features make this affordable and lightweight tent a great option. It's quick to set up, lightweight, versatile, and stormproof with very few stakes needed and guyline loops attached to the pole sleeve for stabiliy and security. It has a large, adjustable door that tucks away into a side pocket and opens to a variety of positions for ventilation. A side wing can also be used as an additional entrance and a hooped vent above the door and on the rear wall offers ventilation in all conditions. Condensation is reduced thanks to a mesh canopy and fabric roof. For trips under exceptionally wet conditions, Exped recommends using the tent with the footprint (sold separately).
